Foam containers

Polyform offers a comprehensive line of foam containers for the horticultural, fishing, transportation and pharmaceutical industries, among others. Polyform’s containers are mostly manufactured from expanded polystyrene (EPS) and are available in various sizes. Polyform also produces various insulated containers, as well as food-grade containers for products used by the food industry.

Insulated Boxes

Polyform offers a popular line of 5 lb, 10 lb, 20 lb and 40 lb insulated boxes for the fishing industry. Known for their insulation efficiency and lightness, Polyform’s insulated boxes are also used in the pharmaceutical and food industries and provide long-term self-propagating energy release.

Polyform also makes cooler-style insulated boxes in various sizes (4.4 L, 7 L, 9 L and 30 L).

Applications

Flower Boxes

Polyform has made insulated boxes for the horticultural industry for years. Also known as “trays”, these foam containers are often used by greenhouses for the sale of flowers and plants. Polystyrene boxes can also be broken into pieces after use in order to fill plant and flower pots prior to transplantation.
