Expanded polypropylene, expanded polystyrene and expanded polyethylene

Polyform offers large expanded polypropylene, expanded polystyrene, and expanded polyethylene blocks in different densities for clients who would like blocks that can be cut into specific sizes that meet their needs.

EPP Blocks (expanded polypropylene)

Polyform has develop the necessary expertise to make large, low-density (up to 0.8 pcf) EPP blocks (expanded polypropylene). Polyform sells EPP blocks (expanded polypropylene) form everywhere in North America to Asia to meet market demands in the low-density blocks industry. The large EPP blocks (expanded polypropylene) are available in various densities and in the following size: 48” x 96” x 12”. EPS Blocks (expanded polystyrene)

Used in the wire cutting manufacturing process, Polyform’s large EPS blocks are used to meet backfill needs (for road and bridge construction), as well as for clients who wish to perform their own wire cuts, or designing prototypes. Polyform’s EPS blocks are available in a standard 48’’ x 96’’ x 48’’ size or following your custom specifications.

EPE Blocks (Expanded polyethylene)

Polyform manufactures 42” x 48” x 6” EPE (expanded polyethylene) blocks for the automotive and recreational industry. This product is most suitable for clients that need to cut their own blocks, using materials with superior impact and protection properties meeting market requirements.
